The clinic’s previous website did not effectively support patient needs. It lacked a modern, structured layout, making it difficult for users to find relevant information or contact the clinic quickly. Additionally, with an increasing number of users accessing healthcare services via mobile, the new platform needed to be fully responsive and optimized for all screen sizes.

User-Centered Research

To design a platform that effectively met the needs of potential patients, I conducted research on user behavior in the healthcare industry. The key findings were:

• Well-structured service information—users need categorized treatment sections with concise details.

• Trust-building visual elements—infographics and well-placed testimonials enhance credibility and engagement.

Design System Development

A new design system was developed to ensure a consistent and scalable user experience. The system included:

• A modern color palette and typography, reinforcing a clean and professional aesthetic.

• Reusable UI components for buttons, forms, and navigation, ensuring brand consistency.

• A custom visual infographic, improving the presentation of available treatments.

This design system allowed the clinic to easily scale its website while maintaining a cohesive user experience.
